Making the Co-stewardess

For the creating of the garments I used some CLO3D projects I found online (on the clo-enterprise website and from fearless makers ) I could have drawn the patterns myself but it was not one f my learning goals since I can already do this and it would have taken way more time. Instead, I just altered these patterns.

Before I could start making the clothing for the right avatar I had to make an avatar which resembles the feeling of a KLM stewardess. The kindness, professionality and hospitality, had to fit the vision of KLM.

I researched for the best program to do this with. Because making it in Maya, would be a ridiculously amount of work. Eventually, I installed MakeHuman because I read some blogs about this program. It seemed quite easy and make for gaming, which would be nice with exporting it later on. The first co-stewardess looks like this:

I could not get the textures and materials go with the FBX, even though included them in the export. Later I fixed this.

When all the pieces fitted the avatar decent I found out that the skin I chose for the avatar was not that handy. I chose this one because it seemed to be the best suit for the face. But it showed in the neck and at the wrists. Also this pose was not a good one for creating the garment. To make it look and fit properly. So I changed the pose and the skin.

This is the end result, for sprint 3. Still a lot wrong with it, since it does not fit 100% properly yet. She does not have shoes or a scarf. And for some reason the textures/colours/materials of the avatar again do not come with the import of CLO which is weird and is totally CLO's fault, since Maya and Unity do include it.
